RATES:

Weekly Rates

  • April 1 through Sept 30 ........... $950/week
  • Oct 1 through March 31 .......... $725/week

Daily Rates - Subject to 3 night stay

  • High Season .......... $150.00
  • Low Season .......... $110.00

POLICIES:

Rental Policy:

  • Check-in 3pm
  • Check-out 10am
  • Smoking (outside only)
  • Pets considered

Deposit Policy:

  • Reservation/damage deposit of $200.00 dollars is due within 7 days of the reservation.
  • Rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy.
  • The damage deposit will be returned after the cleaning team reports that the unit is not damaged.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund up to 30 days prior.
